Window trims are a great place to distinguish a window with a uniquely styled trim package or color.  Most windows are trimmed with 1” x 4” pine or cedar boards.  Over time, wood rots and/or deteriorates, requiring regular painting, maintenance, and caulking.  At Ringer Windows, we offer 3 distinct options for replacing window trims in conjunction with our window replacements.  Take a minute and explore which option is best for you!

Window Trim Option 1:
Rotted wood trims can be re-trimmed with new pine or cedar at anytime.  Wood trim replacement is the most economical option but the wood may eventually rot again and wood requires regular maintenance.  Ringer Windows offers complete replacement of wood window trims for an additional cost (which will be listed on your contract).  Painting is also an extra cost and it will also be listed separately on your contract.  Unless specified, the cost of replacing wood trims, and their painting, is the responsibility of the client.

Window Trim Option 2:
Ringer Windows offers a great alternative to wood window trims with Solid Vinyl cellular trims from Royal Mouldings®.  These attractive trims come in a wide variety of styles and distinctive shapes and they offer a permanent solution to compliment your new lifetime Ringer Windows! They look like expensive wood trims but they last a lifetime with no rot or deterioration!  They’re completely paintable and they look fantastic!

Window Trim Option 3:
Ringer Windows also offers full window wrapping with our PVC coated aluminum coil stock.  Our top-quality coil stock comes in a variety of colors and will last for many years of maintenance-free use!  No painting is ever required with this option.
