For these discriminating homeowners, we're proud to offer our exclusive Gold and Platinum Inspection Options. Each option offers different levels of service and product benefits, including fully transferrable warranty and program options. Here are just a few of the benefits associated with these fine options.

Inspection Option Gold Package      $500

What you get:

• Full Limited Lifetime Product Warranty - STANDARD on every window at NO CHARGE (see warranty for restrictions, limitations)
• An inspection 2-years after your installation that will include the following, at no charge:
  - Check each window's operation and adjust as needed
  - Check installation and provide written recommendations of necessary upkeep items (performance by others)
  - Replace parts and materials covered under the Limited Lifetime Product Warranty
• Replace, as requested, up to 12 regular screens
• Replace one (1) broken Insulated Glass Unit, - even for accidental breakage - at No Charge.

Gold Package Screen replacement option shall be valid for a total of twelve (12) screen replacements within the first ten (10) calendar years from date of installation of the Ringer Window products. Screens may be delivered to a Ringer Windows location for replacement, or for entire home screen replacements, Ringer Windows will deliver the screens at no charge. For each replacements in excess of the twelve (12) standard screens provided for in the Gold Package, a charge of $10.00 (USD) per screen will apply. Additional charges may apply for solar screens replaced under this package.

Transferable Continuing Inspection Option Platinum Package      $1500

What you get:

• Full Limited Lifetime Product Warranty - STANDARD on every window (see warranty for restrictions, limitations)
• One Time Limited Transfer of Limited Lifetime Product Warranty to new owner.
• Extended labor warranty on installation for as long as the original purchaser resides in the home.
• Continuing window inspections. Ringer Windows will perform inspections every two (2) years following installation of the window products into your home that will include the following at no charge:
  - Check each window's operation, and adjust as needed
  - Check installation and provide written recommendations of necessary upkeep items (performance by others)
  - Replace parts and materials covered under the Limited Lifetime Product Warranty
• Replace, as requested, all regular screens in the owner's home
• Replace up to three (3) broken Insulated Glass Units, - even for accidental breakage - at No Charge.

Transfer of this option is permitted only between the original purchaser of Ringer Window product and installation services and the first subsequent purchaser of the home into which the products are installed. New owner(s) must call Ringer Windows within first ninety (90) days from close of escrow and register with Ringer Windows. There is a one-time transfer fee of $35 and the new owners must comply with request(s) for information about the condition and operation of the windows, AND must permit an inspection if Ringer Windows deems it appropriate. Original owners must also provide information about the sale, date, and terms of the sale if requested by Ringer Windows. Any transfer of this option will extend the inspection period for a total of ten (10) years from the date of transfer, but in no event shall any obligation hereunder arise more than twenty (20) years from the original date Ringer Window products were installed in the home. Subsequent purchasers are responsible for ensuring compliance with and availability of coverage for any attempted transfer.

Platinum Package Screen replacement option shall be valid for a total screen replacement quantity equal to the number of window units installed in the owner's home. Screens may be delivered to a Ringer Windows location for replacement, or for entire home screen replacements, Ringer Windows will deliver the screens at no charge. For each replacements in excess of the total number of units installed in the owner's home, a charge of $10.00 (USD) per screen will apply. Additional charges may apply for solar screens replaced under this package.
